They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, and the location was awesome, but it surely's just to the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain far too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as had been the doorways, the trim, much with the furniture, and many others.
I loved that there had been 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for adults who want to travel collectively. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it again or endorse it to a friend.

two Would have been nice to have screen doors for the patio doors so a person could open them and hear the ocean. The pictures from the residence should be up to date to match the property, it can be pretty run down and needs flower vaporizer weed attention.
The assets is as advertised - nothing fancy on the house but superb location within the beach. No, the house will not be full of the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of area for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't loads of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or damage.
